As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team and manage the financial operations across multiple entities within the business.


Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is based at our head office and requires full-time attendance from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions, with a strong focus on accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and handling multiple company MYOB files.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple companies within the group.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and process supplier payments and customer invoicing in MYOB.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions.
  • Manage monthly BAS, GST, and superannuation reporting.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations and Management, to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and end-of-month reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and Australian accounting standards.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a multi-entity business.
  • Proficiency in MYOB (experience handling multiple company files is essential).
  • Strong knowledge of AP and AR processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing and lodging BAS, GST, and payroll compliance reports.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
