About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and curious Junior System and Business Analyst to join our head office team, for an immediate start.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to kick-start their career in business systems, data, and process improvement. You'll work directly with and learn from our National System, Project and Innovation Manager, supporting system development, process mapping, and data-driven decision-making across the business.

No two days will be the same — you'll gain hands-on experience with real projects, systems, and people, helping to make our organisation smarter and more efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Support the analysis and improvement of business systems and workflows.
  • Help configure, test, and maintain key operational platforms
  • Collect and document user requirements to assist in system enhancements.
  • Support data reporting, dashboard creation, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with process automation and integration initiatives.
  • Provide first-line support for system queries from internal teams.
  • Work closely with departments such as HR, Accounts, Sales, and Operations to understand their processes and challenges.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who's naturally analytical, eager to learn, and ready to grow. You might be a recent graduate or have a year or two of relevant experience — either way, we want someone with enthusiasm and initiative.

You'll bring:

  • A degree (or currently studying) in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Great problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Confidence in using Excel (experience with Power BI, SQL, Java, Python, React or automation tools is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with all departments.
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to develop your career in systems and data.
