About the Role:
We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team. New grads will receive strong supervision and support, while experienced OTs will have opportunities to lead and mentor.
Enjoy a varied caseload across the lifespan, including developmental and acquired disabilities. Build your skills in functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescription, home modifications, and general therapy.
- Provide person-centred, evidence-based therapy to clients with diverse needs, tailoring interventions to support their unique goals.
- Conduct detailed assessments and collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records while delivering high-quality services that meet industry standards.

About You:
You are an Occupational Therapist who is passionate and looking for a supportive work environment and opportunities for independent work.
We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to help you build confidence and expertise.
- A tertiary qualification in
Occupational Therapy
and
AHPRA registration
(or eligibility to obtain AHPRA registration). - A current driver's licence, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for improving the lives of paediatric and adult clients through meaningful therapeutic interventions.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
