The Role:

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with Co-OT, you will:

  • Conduct Assessments and Deliver Therapy: Provide individualised assessments and interventions in various settings, ensuring that therapy is both accessible and contextually relevant.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Utilise your creativity to identify and implement equipment and strategies that enhance children's engagement and development.
  • Embrace Evidence-Based Practices: Deliver holistic care grounded in the latest research, making a tangible difference in the lives of your clients.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve meaningful goals for each child.
  • Manage Caseload with Flexibility: Enjoy the autonomy to organise your schedule, balancing client sessions, case management, and self-care.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should be:

  • Qualified and Registered: Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Relationship-Oriented: Passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships with children and their families.
  • Organised and Creative: Excel in time management and clinical reasoning, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
