About the role
Humanity Health Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic telehealth team. As an Occupational Therapist - Telehealth, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional virtual care to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals from the comfort of their own homes.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients with a range of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions via telehealth, including activity analysis, adaptation, and training
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
- Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans to optimise client outcomes
- Maintain detailed clinical notes and records, ensuring compliance with professional and organisational standards
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a strong background in telehealth or virtual care is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively via video conferencing
- Proficient in the use of telehealth technology and platforms, with a willingness to embrace innovation
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a client-centered approach
- Adaptable and resilient, able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
