Based in the beautiful Limestone Coast region, this role offers flexibility to work from Mount Gambier or surrounding towns - including Bordertown, Kingston, Lucindale, Millicent, Naracoorte, and Penola – by negotiation. Our team is well-equipped with modern technology and telehealth infrastructure, allowing you to deliver high-quality care to clients across the region.

You will work within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, including allied health professionals, nurses, and medical staff. This role offers exposure to a broad scope of practice, the chance to consolidate your skills, and opportunities to develop leadership, networking, and professional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services across hospital, community, and aged care settings.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate client-centred programs to improve functional capacity and quality of life.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, allied health assistants, and less experienced clinicians.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other service providers to ensure integrated, holistic care.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Occupational Therapist (AHP1/AHP2) with relevant registration and experience.
  • Skilled in delivering diverse OT services in hospital, community, and paediatric settings.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and contribute to team development.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and passionate about supporting regional communities.
