Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Templestowe. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop tailored treatment plans to support the needs of individuals, focusing on enhancing their functional abilities and independence. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy sessions, collaborating with families and caregivers, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including assessing and creating personalized intervention plans for clients
  • Knowledge and understanding of paediatrics, focused on supporting children's growth and development
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience in rehabilitation and working with clients to achieve improved functional independence
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current registration with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., AHPRA)
  • Commitment to providing client-centered care and continuous professional development
