Are you a skilled carpenter with solid fix-out and framing experience?

Join a well-established, growing team delivering high-quality residential and light commercial projects across Sydney.

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Fix-Out Carpenter / All-Round Framer who takes pride in clean work, works well in a team, and can hit the ground running.

About the Role:

You'll be working across a variety of commercial and residential projects, including:

  • Internal fix-outs (doors, skirting, architraves, shelving, cabinetry install)
  • Framing – walls, roof trusses, joists, bulkheads
  • Pre-hung doors and custom detail finishes
  • Light cladding and external works (occasional)
  • Collaborating with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth delivery

What You'll Need:

  • Carpentry trade qualification (Cert III or equivalent)
  • 3+ years experience in fix-out and/or framing
  • Ability to read and interpret plans independently
  • Own tools and transport
  • White Card (construction induction)
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Ability to work solo or as part of a team
