We're looking for a Property Styling Team Manager — a proven leader with hands-on styling experience, who can manage people, schedules, and projects while maintaining our signature quality and service excellence.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll:

  • Lead, coach, and support a talented team of stylists across premium homes and apartments.
  • Oversee daily scheduling, project coordination, and workflow to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage quoting, client engagement, and on-site styling, ensuring every property is market-ready.
  • Build trusted relationships with real estate agents, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Uphold our 6-Star Promise of service, creativity, and client excellence.
  • Support warehouse and operations teams to align logistics with styling delivery.

About You

You're a senior property stylist with proven leadership and scheduling experience — someone who knows the property styling process inside and out. You understand how to balance creativity with operational discipline, lead people with care and confidence, and deliver results that exceed client expectations.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in property styling and leading a small team.
  • Strong real estate agent relationships and quoting experience.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm, professional presence and ability to manage multiple jobs with precision.
