Fulltime position based in Ballina

As the front desk receptionist, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers accessing VERTO services at our Ballina office. You'll manage client flow, ensure excellent customer service, and support our employment services teams in assisting candidates to secure sustainable employment with local employers.

About the role…This role will require you to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Be the first point of contact for clients & customers of VERTO
  • Complete front desk reception duties
  • Complete administrative duties
  • Attend to customer enquiries over the phone and front counter
  • Maintain training room and office facilities
  • Complete sensitive file management and archiving

About you…To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following:

  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to assist our clients and employers
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, rapidly changing environment
  • Great team work ethic
  • Good administrative skills and computer literacy
  • Knowledge of employment or community services industry is desired but not essential.
