Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Brisbane Area for an RTO Enrolments and Course Advisor. The role involves assisting prospective students with enrolment inquiries, providing guidance on course options, and supporting their education journey. Responsibilities include managing enrolments, maintaining accurate student records, communicating with prospective students, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrolment process. The role plays a critical part in fostering positive student experiences and promoting the organisation's training programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data entry, record management, and maintaining accurate student documentation
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle enrolment processes and inquiries efficiently
  • Knowledge of RTO compliance and an understanding of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) guidelines
  • Customer service experience and a focus on providing an exceptional student experience
  • Familiarity with student management systems and technology tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to dynamic environments
  • A qualification in business, education, or a related field is beneficial
