We've already helped thousands of prospective learners get one step closer to their goals. Now, we're looking for high-performing Course Advisors to help us scale that impact with one of our partner education providers.

This is a sales role with soul. You'll be responsible for guiding prospective learners from curious to committed, using our smart systems and your people skills to drive enrolments and hit ambitious targets.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Owning the student journey from the moment they request info to the moment they're enrolled
  • Contacting leads via phone, SMS and email—no cold calling, just qualified leads waiting for the right nudge
  • Overcoming objections and helping students feel confident in their decisions
  • Closing enrolments in line with daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Working autonomously across a flexible rotating roster (between 9am–8pm AEST)
Who You Are:
  • You've got sales drive, not just good vibes, you love hitting goals and earning commission
  • You're a natural people person who connects easily and earns trust quickly
  • You balance empathy with action - you care, but you also close
  • You're self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Bonus points if you've worked in education or student recruitment before—but if not, we'll train you up
  • You've worked remotely before or think you could make it work. Either way, you get that remote work is not casual
  • Salesforce or Hubspot experience is helpful, but not essential
