About the Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with a range of activities that enhance brand visibility and engagement. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone passionate about marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing marketing collateral: including prints, digital assets, social media content, websites, and membership club materials.
• Maintain and update website and social media platforms: plan content calendars, develop content, post regularly, engage with followers, monitor and report on social media activities, dashboards, and KPI performances.
• Support retail marketing campaigns and projects: including new store openings, seasonal promotions, key IP launch campaigns, and membership club activities.
• Assist with online and offline marketing campaigns and projects: including campaign preparation, coordination with KOLs and influencers, tracking and reporting campaign results.
• Collect and analyse customer and campaign data to provide insights for improving marketing effectiveness.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, suppliers, and agencies to ensure seamless project preparation, execution, tracking, adjustment, and reporting.
• Provide general marketing support: assist with administrative tasks such as research, data entry, invoice processing, etc; support other marketing initiatives as needed, contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in retail marketing, social media management, and end-to-end campaign delivery. Prior exposure to retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, design tools, and basic data analytics, MS Office.  Experience with Canva, social media advertising, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team support and coordination. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality content development and scheduling, accurate reporting, and timely execution.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team, proactive, responsible, and resourceful. Solution-oriented and results-driven.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Capable of adapting to changing circumstances and making real-time adjustments.
