Base pay range

A$90,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the delivery of residential project campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, marketing, and design, and who is looking to build a long-term career in property development.

Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Lead

  • Includes annual salary review and performance evaluation

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities
  • Coordinate brochures, EDMs, signage, and social media content
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand consistency
  • Prepare sales contracts and documentation
  • Assist with event coordination and weekend display support, as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in property, real estate, or marketing
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Canva and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Mandarin language skills and experience in house & land packages are highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of real estate sales processes
  • Previous experience in a Sales & Marketing role within the real estate industry is a strong advantage
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture
