You will also play a key role in delivering walking trails, community facilities and grant-funded programs that shape the region's future. With a strong focus on project management maturity, you'll drive best practice and strengthen performance across an engaged, community-minded organisation.
We are seeking a collaborative and adaptable people leader who thrives in complex environments and brings a balance of technical expertise, emotional intelligence and strategic insight. You will demonstrate strong stakeholder management capability, political and community awareness, and the ability to lead teams through change with clarity and purpose. Your background may be in local government, the private sector or another large-scale infrastructure setting - what matters most is your capacity to deliver, engage and inspire. If you're ready to make a lasting difference in one of Victoria's most beautiful and forward-thinking regions, this is an opportunity to lead meaningful change and contribute to a community that truly values progress.
