MYER is looking for an Infrastructure Manager to develop and maintain the company's server, cloud, and network infrastructure. Reporting to the GM Technology - Infrastructure and Cyber Security you will lead the Server, Network and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure a reliable, secure, and cost effective platform to support Myers retail, distribution centres, and support offices.

 About the role:

• Lead and motivate teams, both internal and partners, to deliver against endorsed initiatives
• Develop and execute against our technology roadmap to build and maintain a fit for purpose infrastructure, network, and cloud landscape
• Provide clear monitoring and insights into capacity, currency, uptime, and security of infrastructure platforms to ensure our retail, support, and distribution centre teams can deliver for our customer
• Develop and lead internal team members, to support their growth, and capability to deliver
• Engage across peers in the project, application, and IT leadership space, to build trusted and collaborative partnerships
• Leverage team members across the architecture and project teams, to support delivery of both business lead projects, as well as continual-improvement initiatives
• Mange allocated budget and financial processes, leveraging capability within existing application and infrastructure investments to optimise spend.

About you:

• Eager to drive change, challenge the status quo, and build your own legacy
• Strong background in technology support, delivery, design, and management
• Experience in building strong working relationships across onshore and offshore team members, and partners
• Can do attitude with the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues in high pressure situations
• In-depth knowledge of standard wintel, network, virtualisation, and cloud technologies
• Proven track record in managing a technology team across a complex environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Experience managing 24 x 7 operational teams
• Strong financial governance and attention to detail
