Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

Salary range: $90,832 to $100,071 p.a. (AO4)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

Provide high level executive support to the Service Group Director and Medical Director of the Medical Service Group. Lead a team of administrative officers to provide a support function to the Medical Service Group Management Team.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

Whilst not mandatory, a qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent) and experience as a secretarial support at a senior level would be highly regarded.

Highly regarded: Experience in providing administrative support to senior management and/or a team.

Highly regarded: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Highly regarded: Ability to organise and prioritise work.

Probation period may apply.
