Executive Assistant – Support Senior Leadership
1 week ago
We're looking for a professional, switched-on Executive Assistant to join our high-performing team and support members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) — potentially including the GM and COO. This is a role for someone who doesn't just organise — but actively helps drive outcomes across the business.
You'll manage calendars, emails, and travel — but also join meetings, track actions, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll act as a trusted representative of our leadership team, handling communication, decisions, and priorities with urgency and confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage executive calendars, inboxes, and travel
- Join meetings, take notes, track follow-ups, and keep momentum
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and remove obstacles before they arise
- Work closely with the GM, COO, and other SLT members to keep priorities on track
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders in a mid-sized or larger organisation
- Confident attending meetings and following up directly with team members and managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable representing executives
- A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professional judgment
- Ability to push for outcomes when needed, even with senior staff
- Based in Eastern Creek, NSW
- Full-time role, with either in-office or hybrid work arrangements available
- Join a growing business with 80+ staff and a strong leadership culture
- Be a trusted partner to executives — not just a task-taker
- Long-term opportunity with real impact and exposure across the organisation.
Submit your CV and a short cover letter explaining:
- Who you've supported in previous roles
- The types of tasks you've owned (especially meetings, comms, or decision support)
- Why you're suited to working with senior executives in a fast-moving business
