Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Handling job invoicing end-to-end
  • Reconciliation across multiple accounts
  • Following up debtors and keeping cashflow tight
  • Checking timesheets and leave requests with accuracy
  • Keeping financial operations humming in a busy environment

Skills

  • Proven accounts experience (construction/trade industry experience is a big plus)
  • Proficiency in Xero
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Super organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Confident communicator who isn't afraid to follow things up
  • Energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-moving environment
