Qualifications & experience

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with our customers and to support their individual care plans, including goals
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster; you will be required to work across morning, afternoon and active night shifts, including weekend and public holiday shifts
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and own your vehicle
  • NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Support Participants in their homes with daily tasks, personal care, and medication administration
  • Support Participants to participate in their local communities and engage in meaningful recreational activities
  • Build enduring and positive relationships with our Participants
  • Support worker should have their own car and are comfortable taking participants for long drives in their car
  • Support worker is comfortable travelling to participants location in Castle Hill, 2154
  • Support worker are ok to perform household cleaning (i.e vaccuming, mopping, cleaning toilets and bathrooms)
