Disability Support Worker

Availability:
- 2-HOUR SERVICES:
- Monday, Thursday and Friday from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
- Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
- Possibility of availability for other services.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably driving.
- Current full Australian driver's license and own car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- MUST HAVE Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).

About the role: Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
- Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
- Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
