About the Role

We're currently seeking compassionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our team for inactive sleepover shifts (2–3 per week), followed by morning support. If you're flexible, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives—we want to hear from you.

• Pay: SCHADS Level 2, plus applicable penalty rates for casual role

Key Responsibilities


• Support individuals to achieve goals in line with their NDIS plan


• Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks


• Perform domestic duties (e.g. laundry, cleaning)


• Administer medications as per individual plans


• Support community participation and engagement


• Implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)


• Respond appropriately to behaviours of concern

• Drivers License


• First Aid Certificate


• Right to work in Australia


• Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience
