About you.

You're a confident and passionate leader who brings both heart and strategy to your role. You know how to bring out the best in people, nurture a positive culture, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.

You will:

  • Have 2+ years' experience as a Centre Director in a high-performing service
  • Hold a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (ACECQA approved)
  • Hold current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection certification
  • Lead with vision, empathy, and excellence
  • Be a strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with families and staff
  • Have proven success in budget management, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Be deeply committed to creating inspiring learning environments where children flourish

Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead and empower your educators inspire, mentor, and grow your team
  • Partner with our Educational Leader and Curriculum Practice Manager to deliver curriculum excellence
  • Oversee compliance, operations, and safety with confidence and precision
  • Foster genuine connections with families and the wider community
  • Drive the strategic and financial success of the centre with full leadership backing
