About the Role
- Support our Centre Director on day-to-day operations
- Create positive, professional, and genuine relationships with team members, children, and their families
- Leverage your experience to develop and deliver high standards of educational programs
- Seek perspectives, actively listen, and take on board feedback that further develops ideas or resolves concerns
- Demonstrate that you are warm, compassionate, and gentle with your communication and have strong time management, organisational, written, and verbal skills
- Focus on quality improvement and supporting teams to understand and follow Green Leaves policies and procedures
- Display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being proactive and flexible with a mature approach
- Be available to work 37.5 hours each week

**Qualifications**:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Current Child Protection Training

Green Leaves Early Learning Seaford Meadows is a boutique centre located within the Seaford Meadows Shopping Centre grounds and is at the heart of a close-knit community that strongly values family and wider community connections.

We create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected as part of the Green Leaves family. The centre and staff value early learning and education for all children in our care aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our educators work closely together to build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.

Each and every child is loved, nurtured and respected, valuing the significance of early attachment relationships. Seaford Meadows is one of Green Leaves' smaller centres with 4 learning hubs offering an intimate learning experience for all children attending the centre.
