About the role

Part-Time role

As a Centre Administrator your role will be to provide efficient, effective, inclusive and respectful customer service and support to a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will work with the Centre Director to ensure the smooth administration of the centre, acting as a trusted advisor to families to ensure the administration of their child's enrolment is hassle-free.

About you

You will have a keen interest in working in early learning, familiarity with using computer systems, a passion for customer service and an enthusiasm for collaborating with our Family Engagement Team to ensure families journeys at SDN are smooth and hassle-free.

You will also need:

  • Previous administrative experience, desirably in an early learning or community setting
  • Current Working with Children's Check (NSW)
  • Demonstrated administration, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner
  • Experience using XAP or similar childcare management system (desirable)
