Campbelltown, Australia Altaira Services Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Altaira is currently seeking a Rostering/Allocations Administrator to work Monday to Friday 04:30-12: hours per week). Your role will be allocating and rostering of nursing and auxiliary staff to shifts for a range of Altaira aged care and community clients, administrative follow-ups, and data entry.  You will be based in Campbelltown, working within a friendly and supportive team.

  • Professional, polite and friendly phone manner
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Able to handle a busy phone system efficiently
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Able to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Process driven
  • Work well under pressure and within strict time frames

Desirable experience:

  • A background in a call centre or office environment
