Real Therapy Solutions is a supportive multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners providing a holistic therapy service across multiple clinics.

A well-established organisation that is currently delivering therapy services to over 2000 clients with rapid expansion through the delivery of general therapy services and by continuing to grow our training and support programs.

With four large multidisciplinary clinics plus a Head Office location and a team of over 60 staff, we offer a flexible and fun work environment that gives you the tools and support you need to be your best and grow.

Your Opportunities

Classification: Reception/Administration Support Services Level 5
Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week
Remuneration: $60,775 per annum including superannuation

Location: Campbelltown

Reporting to the Clinic Manager and supported by the Administration Manager, this role will see you working on the front desk of the clinic as the Director of First Impressions for all our clients. You will be responsible for providing administration support to the Therapists and Clinic Manager including, but not limited to:

- Diary management
- Processing client payments
- Invoicing
- Processing Medicare and NDIS claims and payments
- Managing the presentation of the entire clinic including, front of clinic, therapy rooms and sensory gym

About You

As you will be the face of the clinic, it is imperative that you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a team player who is able to collaborate with the wider Real Therapy Solutions team and maintain positive relationships with people throughout the business.

You will be ensuring the quality of your service above everything else to ensure our clients and therapists are achieving excellence in customer service and administration support. Your commitment to working in a face-to-face customer service role comes from the satisfaction you gain in seeing a high quality service and a highly organised workplace.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent face to face customer service in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Are highly organised with a demonstrated ability to problem solve effectively in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a customer compliant in a professional manner
- Demonstrated experience invoicing and using EFTPOS facilities

You will be highly considered if you meet the following desirable criteria:

- Demonstrated Experience with practice management software such as Lumary
- Demonstrated experience with Medicare claiming via Mediclear
- Demonstrated experience in the administration of NDIS requirements or similar medical administration
