Are you a people person with a big smile and even bigger hospitality energy? The Riverside Hotel is on the lookout for our next superstar Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Receptionist — someone who loves creating great first impressions and memorable stays.

If you're vibrant, friendly, detail-oriented and love a good laugh with guests and teammates alike, we want you on our crew

What You'll Be Doing

As the face of our hotel, you'll be the master of smooth check-ins, happy farewells, and everything in between.

Your day might include:

  • Welcoming and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with ease
  • Managing cash, EFTPOS and daily reports
  • Keeping things running like clockwork at the front desk
  • Bringing good vibes and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hotel reception or front office experience (Hirum PMS a big plus)
  • A can-do attitude and love for teamwork
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (mornings, afternoons, weekends, public holidays)
