View Brisbane is located on the corner of Sir Kingsford Smith Drive and Hunt Street. The hotel has 90 guest rooms, Plates restaurants and Bar, Chester’s Bar, and 6 meeting spaces that can cater up to 130 pax.

View Brisbane is currently seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent to be part of the Front Office Team

**We are offering**:
As part of our Front Office Team, we have a full time position for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

The role of the Guest Service Agent is to deliver an unforgettable service experience to our guests whilst delivering personal touches.

Key responsibilities include:

- Handling of both incoming and internal hotel calls from both guests and residents, with responsibility for owning each guest query and coordination of hotel services to meet guest needs;
- Handling of reservations overflow and after hours calls;
- Liaison with Front Office Manager and Concierge teams ensuring the efficient delivery of services to hotel guests.
- Use of the hotel-based computer system
- A passion for guest service and the desire to work in a four and half-star hotel environment;
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail;
- The ability to work a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends;
- Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills;
- The ability to think on your feet and solutions focused approach to problem solving;
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.

Pay: $23.23 - $40.42 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
