Brisbane’s leading Independent Hotel is searching for a dynamic **Guest Service Agent (full-time)** and a **Reservations Agent** **(part-time)** who genuinely enjoys exceeding guest expectations.

**Guest Services Agent**:

- Immaculate personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Passionate about positive guest experiences in all aspects of communication tools.
- Time management and excellent organisational skills.
- Previous experience using Opera PMS is an advantage.

**Reservations Agent**:

- Previous hotel experience within the front office environment
- Prior exposure to OPERA PMS is an advantage
- Ability to complete reservation enquiries, cancellations and amendments
- Comprehension of hotel selling status, rates, packages, room types, credit & cancellation policies

**About the Role**:
Whilst hotel experience is preferred, we are genuinely looking for the right people with a positive attitude that is hungry to learn - **we will train and nurture your development**; however, you do need to be computer literate due to the duties of both roles.
Key tasks will include attending to the needs of arriving and departing guests, administrative duties, cashiering, answering phones, creating and updating existing reservations as well as providing information to guests about the Hotel and its surroundings.
