We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Guest Service Agent (Receptionist) to join our team at our 82-room hotel in Cairns.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. You'll work closely with our team to deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar front office/reception role (essential).
  • Proficiency with RMS (Property Management System).
  • Availability 7 days a week with flexible rostering.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
