The job
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Director for the APAC territory to lead and grow our territory sales operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing the APAC sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the APAC business landscape, a strong track record in B2B sales, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support market expansion and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the APAC territory sales strategy aligned with global business objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development across diverse APAC markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Forecast regional revenue, monitor performance metrics, and report to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years' experience in territory sales leadership, ideally within APAC
- Background in engineering and construction software is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and managing cross-country teams
- Strong understanding of cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics across APAC
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
