What You'll Do:
- Lead to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Help customers find their perfect eyewear – from style to fit and comfort.
- Oversee store operations, including stock management and order processes.
- Provide expert optical advice: interpret prescriptions, recommend lenses, and take fittings.
- Train and mentor team members in dispensing and store procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and manage optical orders.

About You:
- 3+ years of experience in optical dispensing or team leadership.

- Detail-oriented, organised, and ready to adapt to new challenges.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
