What You'll Do:

  • Lead to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Help customers find their perfect eyewear – from style to fit and comfort.
  • Oversee store operations, including stock management and order processes.
  • Provide expert optical advice: interpret prescriptions, recommend lenses, and take fittings.
  • Train and mentor team members in dispensing and store procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage optical orders.
