About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working on the floor alongside their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and support the retail team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage daily store operations including presentation, stock levels, and product standards.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets.
  • Rostering, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships and foster a positive store culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in retail or hospitality management desirable but not necessary
  • A confident leader who can coach, motivate, and support their team.
  • Hands-on and proactive, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Passionate about food, quality, and creating a great customer experience.
  • Organised, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
