Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday Roster
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Multi-Site Manager
to join our team in
Brisbane
. In this hybrid leadership role, you'll oversee the full spectrum of retail operations across multiple stores — driving performance, team development, and operational excellence, while ensuring visual merchandising aligns with our brand DNA.

You'll thrive in this role if you're a hands-on leader who loves the fast pace of retail, has a sharp eye for visual presentation, and can bring out the best in your team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in
    multi-site retail leadership
    or
    retail operations management
  • Strong understanding of
    stock operations
    ,
    inventory flow
    , and
    visual merchandising principles
  • A hands-on and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive results
  • Passion for the Glue Store brand and contemporary fashion culture

Your Responsibilities:

As the
Multi-Site Manager
, you will oversee and support store teams across two locations, focusing on operations, team leadership, and visual merchandising. Your key duties include (but are not limited to):

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor and inspire Store Managers and teams across our two locations
  • Set clear expectations and lead by example to create a high-performance culture
  • Manage employee relations including performance, coaching, and succession planning
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure BOH operations, safety procedures, and shrinkage management are executed consistently
  • Oversee payroll approval, roster management, and efficiency of task execution
  • Analyse and report on store performance metrics and operational KPIs
  • Implement and monitor stock integrity and loss prevention strategies

Visual Merchandising & Commercial Execution

  • Execute and maintain VM standards across all stores, aligning with brand vision and campaign launches
  • Oversee floor moves, product launches, and weekly VM refreshes in collaboration with Store Managers and the VM team
  • Ensure all stores deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience
