The Opportunity

About You
Demonstrated Skills & Experience in:
- Certificate 4 Leisure and Health (or be willing to get or working towards)
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care.
- Demonstrated commitment to The ASL Way, embracing our principles and core values of leadership, commitment, respect, courage, and honesty and fostering a positive team culture wholeheartedly.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations through:
Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Creative problem-solving and innovation
- Efficient planning and organizational skills
Adaptability and resilience in response to change
Proficient in computer skills and adept at utilising client management systems.

The Resident Wellbeing Team:
The Resident Wellbeing Team consists of Allied Health Professionals, Allied Health Assistants, Resident Wellbeing Officers and Chaplains. Together, we collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver quality care that prioritises residents' quality of life, ensuring each individual finds meaning and purpose in their daily experiences.
