The organization currently operates in various countries, including Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Pakistan, Mongolia, Cambodia, The Philippines, and Papua New Guinea.

Role Description

This is a permanent part time unpaid volunteer role for an Account Manager at Microlend Australia located in Sydney, NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some remote work is acceptable in this role.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Customer Relationship skills
  • be willing to attend our offices in South West Sydney on at least one day a week basus
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Financial Services or Microfinance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in social impact or charitable organizations is a plus
