Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Specification Account Manager at Zumtobel group in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to deliver lighting solutions that meet client needs. In this position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, lighting designers and Electrical Engineers to promote our product offerings and secure specifications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence within the market.

  • Account Management, Sales, and Business Development skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of lighting solutions and industry trends
  • Experience in creating strategic account plans and delivering customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in the lighting or design industry is a plus
