Australian Training Company is seeking applications from 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Chefs for an exciting career opportunity with ATC and our client based in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. In return, you will be mentored by professionals on the job and will gain valuable skills in the workplace with a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery through a structured training program.

Skills And Experience

  • Car and license are preferred.
  • A passion for food and a strong desire to secure a long-term career as a chef is essential.
  • An interest in learning most facets of the hospitality environment is also essential.
  • The ability to communicate on all levels is necessary.
  • No qualifications are required as the relevant training will be provided.
  • You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply for this position.

The successful applicant must be available for immediate start. This position is full time 38 hours per week. Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply, with relevant training provided. Those with qualifications of Certificate III or above (including university graduates) need not apply. Trainees will be paid under the National Training Wage Award.
