Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:

  • Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
  • Previous experience with à la carte style will be highly regarded
  • A love for your work and for the industry
  • A minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Immediate availability
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Police Check or willing to obtain one
  • HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
  • Uniform: traditional long-sleeved white chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef's hat, safety shoes
