The Burleigh Leagues Club are looking for a Casual Chef to work across many of its outlets.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef who is engaged, passionate, driven and displays a positive attitude, who is looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, high service environment.

You must be available to work a mix of weekends, nights, and days.  An immediate start is on offer for the right candidate.

It is essential that you have:

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a high service environment.
  • Experience on fry, grills, pans, and pizza.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and great communication skills.
  • Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Display a positive team culture.
  • Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate or ability to obtain.
