While this role is initially intended to be a short-term position (September to February), this can be altered for the right applicant.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a range of dishes to the highest standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes are adhered to & health, safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu specials
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in the kitchen
- Assisting with stock control and ordering of kitchen supplies
What we're looking for
- Formal chef qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working as a qualified chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
