Hillcrest Christian College operates two vibrant Early Learning Centres (ELCs) located at our Reedy Creek and Mudgeeraba campuses. Both services are committed to providing nurturing, play-based learning environments that support the holistic development of children in their early years. Our Early Learning Centres are an integral part of the College community, fostering strong relationships with families and aligning with our Christian values.

The position:
The College are seeking experienced and dedicated Inclusion Support Educators to join our Early Learning Communities. The successful applicants will work closely with the Lead Educator to provide inclusive support tailored to individual children, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
We have two positions available at our Mudgeeraba campus, commencing immediately. The first position is within our Kindy program, requiring availability five days per week, from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with flexibility to stay back when needed. This role is offered 50 weeks per year and is ideally suited to someone with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and at least two years of experience as an inclusion educator.
The second position is within our Pre-Kindy program, requiring availability three days per week, also for 50 weeks per year, from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with flexibility to stay back when required. There is the potential for this role to increase in hours over time, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and innovative team.
