Our brand-new, purpose-built 100-place early learning centre in Upper Coomera is thoughtfully designed to inspire joy, connection, and lifelong learning. With six spacious studios catering for children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten, and a dedicated Nature Adventure Play Space, Gumera offers children and educators a place to grow, explore and belong.

We are looking for a visionary Educational Leader and an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher who are deeply committed to play-based learning, nature-inspired environments, and creating a culture where children and educators thrive.

About the Educational Leader Role
As Educational Leader, you will:
- Lead the development of high-quality educational programs
- Mentor and inspire a team of passionate educators
- Champion reflective practice and ongoing learning
- Support inclusive, culturally respectful learning environments
- Collaborate with families and the local Yugambeh community
- Help create a strong, positive team culture from day one
What You'll Need
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or actively working towards
- Valid Blue Card
- Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, NQF and Assessment & Rating processes
