At TASSK, we are passionate about creating inclusive pathways to employment for individuals with disability, mental health conditions, or other barriers. We break down barriers to employment by delivering a personalised, strengths-based service.

About the Role

As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, you will support participants to achieve their employment goals by delivering tailored job readiness activities, build employer partnerships, and provide end-to-end case management. You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team helping to foster inclusion in the workforce and facilitate long-term employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Work with participants to identify employment goals and create associated action plans.

· Conduct initial assessments, develop Job Plans, and implement work-readiness strategies.

· Prepare participants for the workforce through skills development, training, work placements and confidence building.

· Engage with employers to create inclusive job opportunities and build sustainable partnerships.

· Provide personalised on-the-job and post-placement support.

· Maintain accurate case notes and records in ESS Web or internal systems.

· Meet performance targets and manage caseloads effectively.

About you

· Experience in disability employment or an understanding of the barriers faced by individuals with disability, mental health or medical conditions in accessing employment.

· Cert IV in Employment Services, Disability Services or similar or willingness to obtain qualifications if employed.

· Passionate about making a meaningful impact through employment.

· Highly developed communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

· Confident in employer engagement to create employment opportunities.

· Ability to create and foster relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders including cultural and disability groups.

· Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail, especially in compliance

· Confidence with case-management systems, reporting processes and IT systems.

· Willingness to obtain or hold a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
