Positions Available

Sommelier – Casual, 30+ hours per week

Bennelong's award-winning wine list features the very best of Australian and international wines—from beloved Australian labels to boutique wineries. Guests experience a contemporary and diverse selection spanning a wide range of vintages and price points, combining household names with exciting new producers shaping Australia's wine landscape.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a wine-focused role (sommelier or wine waiter)
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
  • WSET Level 2 or above, or CMS equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
