Casual Hospitality Roles Available now at The International, Martin Place

The International is a world-class hospitality destination in the heart of Sydney, home to the lively Wine Bar with a vibrant courtyard, a stunning rooftop bar, and the incredible 2-hatted restaurant, The Grill.

As summer approaches, our venue really comes to life so we're looking for talented hospitality professionals to join us.

We're hiring casual staff across:

  • Bartenders (wine, cocktail & spirits knowledge a plus)
  • Floor Staff & Experienced Waiters
  • Sommeliers
  • Hosts

For those with fine dining experience, we also have casual shifts available in The Grill, including section waiters, sommeliers, and runners.
