Sunbeam International College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) dedicated to delivering high-quality vocational education and training to domestic and international students. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Student Support Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.


• Prepare financial reports and assist with compliance requirements.


• Provide student support services, including enrolments, attendance, and record-keeping.


• Assist with student inquiries regarding fees, timetables, and academic support.


• Maintain compliance with RTO standards and ASQA requirements.


• Liaise with trainers, management, and external stakeholders as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in accounts and/or administration (education sector preferred).
  • Knowledge of RTO compliance and student management systems highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
