detail-driven, process-perfect, and data-savvy
operator to step into a
6-month fixed term role
and help power our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) product range.
This isn't just administration this is the heartbeat of our retail success.
Your Mission, Keeping the Range Running Smoothly
Our product range doesn't just happen, it's built, tracked, and delivered through careful coordination. You'll work side-by-side with our Buyers, Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation teams to ensure every seasonal collection lands flawlessly. You'll be the go-to for:
- Consolidating and placing demand for new product drops
- Maintaining complete and accurate product data and line lists in SAP & Excel
- Preparing reports that drive sales, stock flow, and in-season decisions
- Staying calm and organised when deadlines are tight and priorities shift
YOUR TALENT:
What You'll Bring – Skills That Keep Us Moving
In a role where detail and timing are everything, you'll need a sharp mind and steady hands. We're looking for someone who can balance the technical with the practical, and who thrives when the pace picks up. You'll bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in retail, merchandising, or sports/lifestyle apparel
- Advanced Excel skills and a meticulous eye for data accuracy
- A knack for organisation, keeping multiple projects on track without missing a beat
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- The resilience to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
