Executive Assistant to the Director

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and critical-thinking Executive Assistant to support one of our Directors in a busy, high-performing real estate business. This is a role for someone who thrives on taking initiative, solving problems before they happen, and ensuring seamless operations.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the Director's diary, appointments, and priorities
- Coordinate sales campaigns from start to finish
- Prepare listing kits, proposals, and marketing materials
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, and suppliers
- Oversee documentation and compliance requirements
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM
What we're looking for:
- Real estate industry experience in an EA, PA, or senior administration role (essential)
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (required)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills (AgentBox experience a plus)
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong critical thinking skills
